Therapy does not have to be an endless analysis of the past. And it does not have to focus only on managing symptoms in the present. Instead, we can become curious about the connection between the two.

The goal is not to force yourself to think differently or to eliminate every uncomfortable emotion, but develop a deeper relationship with yourself, one that allows for greater flexibility, choice, regulation, and connection.

Together, we may explore the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, protective strategies, body sensations, and relational experiences that have shaped the way you move through the world.

There may be moments when therapy feels comfortable and validating. There may also be times when it may feel uncomfortable—not because I believe therapy should be painful, but because meaningful change often involves gently noticing the things we’ve become very skilled at avoiding.

Therapy here still honors your history, your nervous system, and your capacity for growth. We do not force the process. But we also do not have to stay on the surface.

This work is designed for adults who are self-aware, value depth, intention, and a thoughtful pace, who intellectually understand their patterns and responses, but despite this understanding still keep repeating them. That gap between what you know intellectually and what you experience emotionally or physically is often an important part of our work.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

You do not need to know exactly what type of therapy you need before reaching out.
