Depression doesn’t always look the way people expect, it tends to be invisible, quiet, heavy, and difficult to put into words.
From the outside, everything may appear intact. Yet inside, it can feel like a quiet weight that follows you through your day.
You might be noticing…
That you’re beyond tired. The kind of exhaustion that doesn’t fully go away, even with rest.
Maybe there’s a subtle tension in your body, a knot in your stomach, or a sense that something is “off” even if you can’t fully identify why.
Your sleep may be disrupted, too much, not enough, or waking in the middle of the night and not being able to settle again.
What once felt manageable now feels like too much. The smallest things, whether at home or work, can start to feel disproportionately difficult.
You may notice yourself feeling less connected in your relationships, and more distant internally.
You’re doing what you’re supposed to do.
Showing up. Following through. Keeping things moving.
And yet, underneath it, you feel drained, and like something isn’t quite working the way it used to, and you’re not sure how to shift it.
It’s often a reflection of deeper patterns within the mind and body that are asking to be understood and processed.
A Deeper Approach to Depression
My approach aims to understand and address what’s beneath the depression. I often weave in Brainspotting, to access and process these deeper layers in a way that supports emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and increased clarity and engagement.
What You Can Expect
This work is collaborative, attuned, and paced based on your system’s capacity.
Over time, many clients begin to notice:
- Subtle shifts in mood and energy
- Increased emotional range and access
- Greater clarity and motivation
- A renewed sense of connection to themselves and their lives

Progress is often gradual but meaningful.
Is This Right for You?
This approach may be a good fit if you:
- Feel stuck despite understanding your patterns
- Notice a persistent sense of heaviness or disconnection
- Have tried talk therapy but are looking for something deeper
