What types of services do you offer?
The services offered at this time are depth-oriented individual therapy and Brainspotting intensives.
Who do you typically work with?
I primarily work with adults in their 30s and beyond. Many clients seek support with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, relational patterns, or a desire for greater clarity and integration.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a trauma-informed therapeutic approach that works with the natural connection between the brain, body, and nervous system. By identifying specific eye positions linked to emotional or somatic activation, Brainspotting allows access to deeper areas of the brain where experiences and patterns are stored, supporting processing, regulation, and lasting change.
What are intensives, and how are they different from weekly therapy?
Intensives are extended therapeutic experiences that allow you to work more deeply over a shorter period of time. Rather than meeting weekly, sessions are thoughtfully structured across multiple hours and days to support focused healing and integration. Intensives may be a stand-alone experience or combined with ongoing therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept insurance through Headway in California only. I do not accept insurance in Connecticut at this time, however I offer Superbill that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
