Begins with a private pre-session to clarify and map out what you are ready to shift.
Two Private Experiential Session
While in Sedona, two private depth-oriented sessions (1:1 Brainspotting & 1:1 Hypnotherapy) are designed to further explore your blocks and offer your nervous system an opportunity to settle, release, and recalibrate.
Individualized Group-held Session
In an individualized group-held Brainspotting session, where your process is witnessed and supported within a carefully contained environment. In this space, your nervous system learns it no longer has to hold it alone.
Regulation deepens. Defenses soften.
Energy begins to shift.
Private Post-session
The experience concludes with a dedicated post-session to support integration and anchor the shifts that emerged during the immersion.
Embodied Group Experiences

There is a moment when the body takes over. Breath deepens. Energy shifts. What has been held begins to circulate.
Your nervous system is given space to recalibrate, allowing insight drop from the mind into the body through:
Breathwork
Through guided breathwork, the body is invited to release what it has been holding. Through structured breathing techniques the autonomic nervous system is supported in regulating and resetting.
Hypnotherapy
In a shared space, you are invited inward, where old narratives loosen and new internal rhythms can emerge through guided hypnotherapy. Even in community, the work is deeply personal.
Gentle Yoga
A restorative, intentional practice that invites the body to unwind. Slow movement and breath create space for reflection and integration, allowing what has surfaced to settle with steadiness and ease.
Cacao & Goddess Yoga
Rooted in strength and fluidity. Movement becomes expression, an awakening of confidence, inner vitality, and connection to the powerful current within.
Sound Bath
Immersive sound frequencies support parasympathetic activation and down-regulation of stress response. The sustained vibrational field encourages relaxation, sensory integration, and consolidation of emotional processing
Shared Experience
In this structured experience, one person is guided through depth work while the group offers steady, intentional presence.
From a neurobiological perspective, relational containment supports deeper integration than isolated processing alone. Witnessing also activates mirror systems and implicit memory networks, often allowing parallel internal shifts within the group.

About the Facilitators

Agnes Weber-Trzaska is a wellness coach and Brainspotting practitioner with a grounded, intuitive presence and a gift for holding deeply intentional space. Known for her calm strength and quiet depth, she creates environments where people feel anchored, supported, safe to soften, move inward and explore what’s true.
Her work is informed by years of experience as a therapist supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes, paired with an intuitive sensitivity that allows her to meet what arises with calm confidence and care.
Agnes doesn’t rush process or impose meaning; instead, she trusts what unfolds when the space itself is well held.

Melissa Nemeth is a radiant retreat leader, intuitive guide, and visionary space-holder. A former nurse who left the bedside to follow her calling as a hypnotherapist, she now blends her clinical experience with tools like hypnotherapy to help women embody transformation and manifest the lives they’ve always desired. Leaving behind the limiting beliefs and reigniting the flame within.
Playful and magnetic — yet unapologetically real — Melissa knows when to hold space, when to challenge, and when to guide others beyond their comfort zone and into their power. Her work centers embodiment, remembrance, and transformation, supporting women as they step into the unknown and come home to themselves.
The Daily Flow

Nourishing Breakfast
A slow, grounded start to the day with thoughtfully prepared nourishment to support steady energy, clarity, and nervous system.
Guided Group Immersion
Morning group practices incorporating movement or mindfulness to awaken the body, deepen awareness, and prepare your system for the day’s work.
Individual Sessions & Integration Time
While some are in private sessions, others enter restorative space to rest, reflect, or spend time in nature, allowing what has surfaced to settle. Optional gentle practices are available as desired.
Nourishing Lunch
A supportive meal designed to replenish energy and stabilize the body for continued depth and integration.
Afternoon Group Space
Intentional group sessions designed to support embodiment, relational presence, and internal movement.
Dinner
Dinner is followed by unstructured space to unwind, integrate, and allow the nervous system to soften.
Closing the Day
Evenings conclude with a gentle collective experience such as meditation, sound bath, or reflective practice, designed to settle the system and anchor the day’s work.

About Brainspotting & Hypnotherapy
Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy are depth-oriented approaches grounded in neuroscience. Rather than working solely at the level of thought, they engage subcortical and autonomic systems where emotional patterns are encoded. By supporting the nervous system’s natural processing capacity, these modalities allow insight to become embodied movement.

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a focused, neurobiologically informed approach that works with how the brain and nervous system store and organize experiences.
Research in neuroscience shows that emotionally significant experiences are not only held cognitively — they are encoded in subcortical regions of the brain that operate beneath conscious awareness. These areas communicate directly with the body and autonomic nervous system.
This often results in increased internal coherence, greater emotional regulation, movement beyond repetitive cognitive loops, a felt sense of resolution rather than explanation.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a focused state of attunement that allows access to subconscious patterns and conditioned responses.
From a brain science perspective, guided hypnotic states are associated with shifts in activity between the prefrontal cortex (executive thinking) and deeper limbic and midbrain structures involved in emotional memory and pattern formation.
Hypnotherapy supports in accessing to underlying beliefs and patterns, increased neural flexibility, strengthened capacity for choice, and deeper integration of insight.
Modern neuroscience confirms that meaningful change does not occur through insight alone. Change requires engagement of the systems that encode experience, including limbic, midbrain, and autonomic pathways.
